Kiffin Starting To Look Good In Crimson...

Filed under things I never thought I'd see, Bama's new Offensive Coordinator, Lane Kiffin, was spotted wearing Alabama gear earlier this morning in Oxford. 



Today marks the end of the NCAA "dead period" & Lane Kiffin's first stop was to visit longtime auburn commit, Racean 'Roc' Thomas.  Thomas, a 5 star running back who was named Alabama's Mr. Football earlier this year, has been considered a firm commitment to auburn since last August.  

 Don't get me wrong.  Considering Bama's depth at his position & the staff expecting phenom Bo Scarbrough to sign with the Tide in 3 weeks, flipping Thomas is not a high priority.  However, I'll be paying close attention to which players show up in Ttown this weekend for recruiting visits.  It's definitely a long shot, but landing Thomas would cause a meltdown on the plains so epic, the Yeldon flip would look like child's play.  

I think I'm starting to like this Kiffin dude....

H ave you ever been around that snotty nosed kid that won't accept not getting their way?  You know the one I'm talking about.  The little brat that puts his fingers in his ears while screaming, "I CAN'T HEAR YOU! I CAN'T HEAR YOU!".  Imagine about 200 of those little assholes in head to toe orange and blue.  But instead of the 'I can't hear you' mantra, they manage to come up with something even more annoying.  The auburn fight song. Bama Baseball Heads to Tallahasee: They Scrong!

Bama Baseball is headed to Tallahassee for the NCAA Regionals as a 2 seed in the 4-team, double-elimination event.  Bama Bats will face off against Kennesaw State on Friday while The Famous Jameis FSU Seminoles take on Georgia Southern.  Bama's dominant start in SEC play helped them climb all the way up in the rankings to #8, but a brutal back half of the schedule left them beat up, beat down, & beat out.  After a one & done performance at the SEC Championship Series last week, the Tide goes into the series with a .278 batting average which is among the upper half of the SEC.  And with 10 SEC teams making it in, that speaks volumes. *auburn & tennessee did not. LOLOLOLOLOLOL* Now the big question is who's on the mound Friday?  Care to take a guess..... I think Bama will surprise people this weekend.  I'm scrong! Like, they scrong! Are you scrong?
